VP OF MANUFACTURING

Juan plays a vital role at Proxy Solutions and serves as a cornerstone of our commitment to workplace diversity. While many companies talk about building an international workforce, we took meaningful action by hiring directly from Taiwan.

Juan's story is one of perseverance and determination. Beginning life as a modest microchip in Taiwan, he overcame long odds, international shipping, and several layers of packaging to become a valued member of our team.

Juan is best known for his relentless work ethic. He works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, never arrives late, never calls in sick, and has yet to complain about mandatory overtime. His sole responsibility is feeding machines, a task he performs with such dedication that some employees have questioned whether he is setting unrealistic expectations.

At Proxy Solutions, we are proud to foster an inclusive workplace where talented individuals from all backgrounds can succeed. Juan's success story is proof that with hard work, determination, and a stable electrical supply, anything is possible.
